Resepi diambil dari FP mamazieza kat sini

BISKUT BUAH PINGGANG
Sumber - Resipi lama.. tak tau laa dulu belajar dgn siapa hehehe

250 gm mentega
3/4 cwn gula castor
1 cwn tepung naik sendiri

1 cwn tepung jagung
1/2 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn biskut merry yang dikisar halus
1/2 cwn cornflakes yang dikisar halus
(CAWAN - guna measuring cups yang ada dijual di kedai bahan-bahan kek tu.. kat supermarket pun ada.. hehehe)
1 biji merah telur

1 biji putih telur utk di sapu di atas biskut
1/2 cwn cornflakes yang diramas utk taburan atas biskut.

Cara Membuatnya

Pukul gula dan mentega hingga kembang
Masukkan kuning telur tadi dan kacau rata.
Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kering dan uli sebati.
Canai dan terap.

sapu putih telur dan tabur cornflakes. Bakar. Makan.. ngapppppppp
