4-12 Months Old Baby Food Chart ~sharing~

Menarik bila dapat banyak info tentang baby food guideline nih
so Ummi just nak sharing² info yang Ummi dapat
moga mommies lain pun dapat jugak manfaatnya ;)


ada yang dah kasi baby makan mulai dari 4 bulan
while others tunggu sampai 6 bulan(cam Ummi) baru nak mula
reason Ummi nak tunggu sampai 6 bulan w/pun Firas exclusively BF cam Alysha
sebab: Ummi nak cuba kurangkan sebanyak mungkin allergy pada dia
since dia dah didiagnosed ada bronchiolitis, so Ummi kene berhati² sangat
jaga Firas ni
Ummi tak nak kejadian admit ke hospital tu berulang lagi

Common foods that, traditionally, should wait to be introduced to baby

until baby has reached a certain age

Honey
(not an allergen but may cause botulism in infants under 1yr old)

Peanut Butter

Citrus or Acidic Fruits
Not an allergen but may cause rash & digestive upset due to acidity. Using a dash of lemon or pineapple juice in a whole fruit puree is NOT the same as giving a baby pureed or sliced oranges, pineapple et al.

Just because a fruit, like tomato, is not in the citrus family does not mean that it is not acidic.

Raw Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries - learn about why processed strawberries may not pose an allergy risk

Wheat
